Possibly someone at seen of murder talking to a reporter.

Room- appears to be a hotel.

Plot:
News reports. every one is talking about murder of important person, (possibly a film/movie star).It is not known who killed them or why.

Possible idea 2

hotel two rooms, one with couple moaning about noise, other with murder taking place. couple complain of loud screams and music coming from the other room. They knock on the door to ask them to keep it down.
Possibly instead of hotel it could be a house, parents moaning about kids or people moaning about lodgers.

idea 3

spies talking about secret mission to bring down the worlds leading criminal mastermind, then use him to bring down other criminal minds against his will.
